LOCKE MANAGEMENT GROUP IS LED BY GREG LOCKE

Greg is a 21 year Veteran of the United States Marine Corps as the Assistant Chief of Staff for the Installation and Logistics (Senior Vice President) for Marine Corps Air Station Miramar. He was responsible for all airport construction, land use decisions, master planning, public works, environmental reporting and facilities management for the 30,000 acre Marine Corps airport.

Greg received a Presidental Award for his leadership while serving as the Assistant Chief of Staff for the Installation and Logistics.

Locke Management Group provides a wide range of land use consulting and leasing services. We offer specialized services in commercial real estate property development, not for profit development projects, negotiation of real estate revenue agreements, brownfield redevelopment and land use entitlement permit processing.

Locke Management Group has provided contracted services to Verizon Wireless, Cricket Communications, County of San Diego, Department of General Services, Sheriff Department, the Department of Public Works and most recently the Helix Park Foundation. We have worked with a number of non profit organizations and Churches for the purpose of developing revenue generating projects.
